With 14 years of commercial plumbing experience across Victoria, Chris has developed expertise in both estimating and project management, particularly in VSBA projects and high-rise multi-unit residential developments. Currently specializing in staff management, Chris is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to manage rising labor costs while maintaining high levels of staff productivity in a dynamic and evolving environment.
